PROJECT ELEMENTS:

       • Facility uses an offset building core (elevators, stairs, public toilets,                   mechanical) to create a larger open floor plan to accomodate more           efficient planning for the primary outpatient services
       • Main floor supports a 15,000 SF Diagnostic and Urgent Care Center
       • With an extremely complicated site (dimensionally and topograpically),           final solution utilizes various levels of on-grade parking, two main           entrances, and two half-floors
