PROJECT ELEMENTS:

       • A 48-unit assisted living facility developed as a prototype for multiple         site adaptation throughout the middle Tennessee region. 
      • The facility plan utilizes four radiating arms (16-unit neighborhoods)         around a central hub (lobby, dining, activity), and supports a future         expansion. 
     • Two wings create a central landscaped courtyard off the dining                 room, featuring a covered porch and gazebo.  The dining room and         main lobby are accentuated by a large centralized fireplace, creating         a main focal point for residents and visitors.
