The Peacock Partnership team is very excited about a number of great projects that have just wrapped up in the first half of 2010. We provided comprehensive design and construction services to Childrens Orthopaedics of Atlanta, Etowah Valley OB/GYN, and Royal Lakes Family Dentistry. On the architecture side, we were pleased to work again with Georgia Lung Associates on the relocation of their Marietta office. We also helped Atlanta Spine Specialists with a new ground-up building in Alpharetta to house both their clinic and an ambulatory surgery center. Sosebee & Britt Orthodontics, Pediatric ENT of Atlanta, & Internal Medicine Associates were three other great projects all featuring unique, creative design elements. We know the healthcare business and understand the many facets that influence and drive the industry.   Peacock Architects was founded in 1988 by Dean Peacock to serve the healthcare community with critical insight that goes beyond the basic design solutions presented by many architectural firms.  He brings together design expertise and a critical business perspective to guide clients through strategic initiatives and capital development programs involving extensive facility requirements.  In 1998 Tim Watford, Principal of Design Services, joined the firm, bringing his unique perspective having served both as an architect at a leading healthcare design firm and as the Director of Facilities Development for a highly regarded healthcare system.  He brings this comprehensive experience with all aspects of facility design and construction management to his role as director of our design studio.  In 2009 we welcomed Bob Hammarlund as Principal of Construction Services.  Bob brings 25 years of construction experience specializing in healthcare, allowing us to offer a seamless experience for the healthcare market, integrating the best design and construction services within the industry.

Because our firm is comprised of both designers and builders, we have the unique ability to assist our clients with every aspect of their projects, from initial facility consulting/planning through design and final construction.  We are dedicated to researching the latest technologies toward developing the most “state of the art” healthcare environments achievable in response to changing markets.  Our team provides personable, hands-on attention to each client we serve.
